All classes at Colinas Del Sol are 3000 colones or US$6, except Kids Yoga which is 500 colones per child and per parent.
All classes at San Isidro are 3000 colones or US$6.
All classes at The Zen Loft are 3500 colones per class. Ask about monthly rates.
Mats can be rented for 500 colones or US$1.

Class descriptions
Hatha yoga is a perfect way to align the mind and body and improve balance, strength and flexibility. It utilizes standard yoga postures to calm the senses, increase inner awareness and stave off stress. Hatha is a perfect practice for anyone looking for these benefits. It is ideal for beginners or practitioners looking to improve their connection with the inner self.

Vinyasa Flow yoga is a more invigorating practice that focuses on creating unity between movement and breath. This style of yoga generates heat in the body, builds strength, and improves balance and flexibility. It revitalizes all of the body’s systems. The classes are taught for all levels, offering lots of options in each posture and incorporating props to help with balance and alignment, thus allowing each students to practice at a level most harmonious with their body. 

Therapeutic yoga is designed for students with physical limitations, as well as practitioners looking for a gentler yoga practice and ones wanting more assistance with postures. It is based on Hatha yoga and utilizes props such as chairs, straps, blocks and the wall to help with proper alignment and to provide extra support for the body. 


Kids yoga is structured to provide children with an introduction to basic yoga postures, pranayama breath exercises, and meditation by using games, yoga flash cards, songs, and the imagination. Practicing yoga helps children maintain strength and flexibility, and it also helps develop balance, mindfulness and creativity. At least one parent must be present during class, giving you a wonderful opportunity to bond with your child/ren. The class is for all ages, although toddler to about 12 years old are the ideal ages. Babies are welcome although you may find yourself doing a few different postures than the rest of the group.

The men's yoga class is based on Hatha yoga with a special focus on benefiting men's body structure, including working on opening up the hips, improving flexibility in the legs, relieving back tension, and reinforcing strength.

Additional Info
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. Bring mat, strap or belt, and a towel. 

Smoothies and meals can be purchased at the Colinas Del Sol restaurant after class.
